Combination bearings
Combination bearings, also called combination rollers, are a cost-effective solution for vertical and horizontal movements in machine systems. The combination bearings are the best solution when it comes to bearing applications in profiles such as lifting column and for transport systems.
The special design of these combination bearings allows an optimal distribution of loads. The radial load is applied to the outer ring, while the axial forces are absorbed by the guide roller. This ensures a lighter run in the profile, so that significantly less wear occurs on the profile and the bearings.
The mounting of combination bearings is relatively easy. The shaft journal is placed in the housing or the complete bearing is supplied on a screwable mounting plate.
Profiles
The thick-walled and weldable profiles are made of ST52-3 structural steel. The combination bearing system can withstand high radial and axial forces and is suitable for loads from 0.1 to 500kN. It has a wide range of applications in medium to very heavy general mechanical engineering and transport technology.
The profiles can be supplied in any desired length. Trade sizes are 6 meters up to a maximum of 12 meters. Profiles up to 6 meters are cut to length by us.
