Package not received

We are very sorry when you are expecting a package from us, but you didn't receive it. Here is what you can do.

Check the track & trace

Check the track & trace code of your package again to make sure that the track & trace matches your expectations. Sometimes a package may be delayed, this is visible in your track & trace.

Check the delivery address

Make sure the delivery address is correct. The delivery address may differ from the billing address if you have chosen one.

Check your mailbox

Double check your mailbox. It is possible that the delivery person has already been, and that you weren't at home, or possibly didn't hear the delivery person. If all goes well, you will have received a 'non-home notification'. This is also visible in your track & trace.

It is also possible that your package was delivered to the neighbors, or that the package deliverer has already scheduled a new delivery time for you.
