High quality ST52-3 structural steel profiles
Our steel profiles are made from ST52-3 structural steel, also known as S355J2. This unalloyed structural steel is known for its excellent weldability, high toughness and good machinability. With minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm² and tensile strength of between 490 - 630 N/mm², ST52-3 is ideal for applications requiring high mechanical loads.
Combination bearing system: radial and axial force absorption
Our profiles are specially designed for the combination bearing system, which can handle both high radial and axial forces. With load capacities ranging from 0.1 to 500 kN, these profiles are suitable for a wide range of applications in medium to very heavy engineering and conveyor technology.
Available profile types and lengths
- U-profiles: ideal for applications where an open structure is desired.
- I-profiles: suitable for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity.
Our profiles are available in trade lengths from 6 to a maximum of 12 meters. Profiles up to 6 meters are cut to size by us, so they are ready for immediate use!
