Change or cancel your order
It may happen that you want to change or cancel your order immediately after placing it. It is possible to change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
Contact us quickly
Because we process orders quickly in our warehouse, it is important that you contact us quickly if you want to change or cancel your order. Preferably do this by phone and call us at 030 - 241 18 87. We are happy to help!
Is your parcel already on its way?
Then you can refuse the order when it is delivered to you. Tell the courier that you don't want the parcel after all and that it can be returned to sender. The courier is fine with this, it is not the first time he or she takes a package back. We take the return costs for our account and refund the amount of your order within 14 days.
